Description

K.C. Soll is both a National Association of Realtors (NAR) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1979. Her specialty and passion is to help Seniors, and their families navigate aging-in-place, age and health-related housing transitions, and senior and elder legal counseling, including the creation of trusts and a conservatorship. Her vast referral network, covering all topics related to seniors’ residential living, includes nationwide relocation services. K.C. enthusiastically advocates for the health and safety of Westside Communities. She teaches free seminars in Seniors and Elder Disaster Preparedness and spearheads local C.E.R.T. (Community Emergency Response Team) training, taught by LAFD firefighters. Since 2018 the classes she has organized have graduated over 100 attendees into our local communities. A native and resident of Pacific Palisades, K.C. purchased a single-level home in the City of Ventura in 2003 to remodel for aging-in-place using the principals of Universal Design*.
